1. In-app support

For the fastest help, open the Fast Delivery app and use:

  • Our offices: View contact details, phone numbers, and locations for your nearest Fast Delivery office. You can call or message (e.g. WhatsApp, Viber) directly from the app.
  • Q and A (FAQ): Find answers to common questions about orders, payments, deliveries, and account settings.
  • Complaints: Submit a complaint or report an issue from the app. Our team will review and respond.

2. Contact details in the app

Phone numbers and contact information for support may vary by region. After logging in, go to Our offices in the app menu to see the phone numbers and channels available in your area.

3. What to have ready

When you contact support, it helps to have your username, order or tracking number (if your question is about a delivery), and a short description of your issue. This allows us to assist you more quickly.
